When you submit our enquiry or trial-class form we collect the details you choose to provide: name, email address, optional WhatsApp number, country, time zone, study level, curriculum, subject, preferred lesson time and your message. We also store a one-way, anonymised fingerprint of your network address to prevent spam.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your request, arrange lessons and provide tutoring services. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Storage and security
Submissions are stored in a secure database that is not publicly accessible. Only the IITian Tutors team can view them.
Children
If a student is under 18, we encourage a parent or guardian to submit the form or be involved in communication.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing iitianamitbindal007@gmail.com.
Third-party services
If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp or sign in to our student portal (Wise), those services handle your data under their own privacy policies.
